You'll be responsible for

Working alongside partners and senior associates
Collaborating with partners and senior associates to service a diverse client base including institutional property investors, developers, and government clients.🏗️
Handling real estate transactions
Managing mainstream property transactions such as land and building acquisition and disposal, leasing, subdivision, and development work.🏢
Engaging in major corporate acquisitions
Participating in major corporate acquisitions and large infrastructure projects, ensuring a commercial focus throughout.Key criteria
📚
Bachelor of Laws degree
Essential educational qualification for legal practice.View

1-4 years' post qualification experience
Relevant experience in commercial property law practice.View
