Drafting summaries of evidence

Creating clear and concise summaries to support legal arguments and case presentations.

Assisting and attending case conferences and hearings

Participating in legal discussions and proceedings to advocate for clients' interests.

Conducting directions hearings

Managing and presenting cases in preliminary hearings to establish the direction of legal proceedings.

Key criteria

1-3 years post qualification experience

Experience in law, ideally in government advisory work.
