Providing expert legal advice
Offer expert advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy, and guidelines affecting workers’ compensation and common law damages claims to enable sound, evidence-based decision-making.📂
Managing litigation
Oversee and assist in managing legal advice regarding common law damages claims and statutory workers’ compensation claims.🏛️
Representing EML in proceedings
Attend proceedings in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court, and above to represent EML's interests.Key criteria
