Providing legal advice and support on matters relating to commercial law, privacy, technology, and AI, under the guidance of senior counsel.✍️
Drafting and reviewing documents
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including confidentiality agreements and service contracts, to ensure compliance and protect interests.📚
Conducting legal research
Conducting legal research and analysis on commercial law, privacy, artificial intelligence, and technology, recommending appropriate solutions under the guidance of counsel.Key criteria
