Preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation to the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.

Drafting legal documents

Drafting submissions and correspondence including GTEs, health waivers, character waivers, and responses to Requests for More Information.

Conducting legal research

Conducting legal and policy research to support matter strategy and risk mitigation for effective case handling.
