Preparing visa applications
Preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation to the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.✍️
Drafting legal documents
Drafting submissions and correspondence including GTEs, health waivers, character waivers, and responses to Requests for More Information.🔎
Conducting legal research
Conducting legal and policy research to support matter strategy and risk mitigation for effective case handling.Key criteria
