Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will be involved in high-value project claims and disputes, contributing to some of the largest infrastructure matters in Australia. You'll be responsible for

Acting for clients

Acting for large public sector and tier 1 contractor clients on complex, high-value projects claims and disputes.

Advisory work

Engaging in some advisory work related to infrastructure matters.

Collaborating nationally

Collaborating with a nationally based team on significant infrastructure projects.

Skills you'll need

📚

Post-admission experience

2-4 years post-admission experience as a lawyer, with a strong academic record
⚖️

Litigation and disputes experience

Strong litigation and/or disputes experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm

Drafting skills

Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
