The Learning & Development / Organisational Development Advisor at UGL is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain broad exposure across Learning and Organisational Development. This role plays a crucial part in supporting Graduate, Undergraduate, Apprentice, and Trainee programs while also contributing to wider organisational development initiatives. You'll be responsible for

🎓

Coordinating Graduate Program activities

Manage activities such as induction, development days, and graduation for the Graduate Program.
🛠️

Supporting Learning Management System

Assist with troubleshooting and providing support for the Learning Management System.
🎤

Contributing to L&D facilitation

Facilitate learning sessions, including icebreakers and full learning experiences.
