Building AI platform

Build the AI platform everyone else builds on, ensuring unified model access, cost tracking, tracing, and guardrails.

Setting technical direction

Set the technical direction by shaping the team's agentic architecture and mentoring engineers who want to level up.

Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on AI.
