Join a dynamic Data & Analytics team as a Senior Lead Data Analyst, where you will act as a strategic partner to the Medical business. This job is all about identifying opportunities and solving complex business problems with data to drive meaningful commercial outcomes. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of how the team works, ensuring that analytics leads to better decisions and stronger performance.

You'll be responsible for

Partnering with business leaders

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Medical division and act as a strategic advisor on data-driven opportunities.

Leading end-to-end analytics projects

Own initiatives from opportunity identification and business case development through to delivery and value realisation.

Translating complex data into insights

Develop clear and compelling analyses, dashboards, and recommendations that support decision-making.
