You'll be responsible for

Leading technical direction

Lead the design and architecture of complex GenAI solutions, evaluating alternative approaches and making informed decisions on when to apply classical ML, LLMs, agents, workflows, or RAG. Establish technical standards and evaluation frameworks for production-grade AI development.

Managing and mentoring team

Manage, mentor and coach a team of data scientists. Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning, whilst supporting career development and building team capability through knowledge sharing and code reviews.

Overseeing solution delivery

Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from design through to production deployment. Ensure solutions meet quality standards and are built for production operation, balancing technical excellence with commercial pragmatism.

7+ years in data science or AI/ML

Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
