Guide implementation choices, resolve coding and technical execution issues, and support estimation and sequencing.

Coaching and feedback

Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback, technical guidance, capability uplift and performance input for engineers in the team.

Software engineering experience

5+ years of hands-on software engineering in complex environments.
