The Lead Generator Controls Field Service Engineer (FSE) is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Regional Service Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service across the APAC region. This job plays a crucial role in managing resources and logistics to ensure top-notch maintenance and support for customers. Collaboration with project managers and customers is key, as the team values quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in every project.

You'll be responsible for

Managing resources and logistics

Overseeing all resources and logistics required for service and maintenance activities on customers' sites.

Executing retrofit projects

Supporting installation, power up, loop check, and commissioning of control solutions.

Customer service and issue resolution

Addressing customer service requests and leading issue resolution during warranty and post-warranty periods.

Field engineering experience

Minimum 3-5 years in power generation or automation.
