Lead execution of high-complexity and strategic installation projects, including multi-site, turnkey, and VIP customer accounts.

Acting as escalation point

Act as the senior escalation point for installation challenges, ensuring timely resolution and business continuity.

Mentoring project managers

Mentor and coach PMIs across all levels (PB2 → LPB2), building a pipeline of skilled project managers.
