Lead the development, maintenance and analysis of high-quality client-side schedules, ensuring robust logic, baseline integrity and reliable forecasting across complex projects and programs.đ
Managing schedule updates
Manage the end-to-end monthly schedule update cycle and contractor interfaces, ensuring timely, validated updates, controlled change incorporation and governance compliance.đ
Providing schedule analysis
Provide insightful schedule analysis, including critical path, float, interfaces and milestone variance, delivering early warning of risk and practical recovery options with delivery teams.Key criteria
