This job is about providing technical leadership and support for the Site Manager at Aldoga Solar Farm. The Lead Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring the technician team. You'll be responsible for

Supervising and mentoring technicians to ensure high safety and quality standards.

Assisting in developing a positive safety culture and delivering daily safety leadership.

Overseeing contractors

Ensuring safe and efficient performance of quality work on site.

Key criteria

⚡

A Grade Electrical License

Valid license required for electrical work in renewable energy.
