As the Lead Workforce Optimisation Analyst, you will embark on an exciting journey to support the delivery and optimisation of Dynamic Rostering through analytics and insights. Supporting Dynamic Rostering

Support the rollout and optimisation of Dynamic Rostering through analytics, reporting and stakeholder partnership.

Delivering insights

Delivery and articulation of complex rostering, worked hours and workforce data into simple, intuitive insights and visualisations.

Producing reports

Production of accurate, reliable and timely reporting on Salary & Wages costs, labour utilisation and coverage requirements.

Demonstrated experience in workforce management or rostering.
