You'll be responsible for

Setting the L&L agenda

Set the Learning & Learning agenda for Senior Associates, aligning with firm strategy and practice group needs.
✍️

Co-designing learning solutions

Co-design high-impact learning solutions and content that meet the needs of Senior Associates.
🎤

Facilitating executive roundtables

Personally deliver executive roundtables and coaching to build facilitation capability within Partners and Managing Associates.

Experience in learning initiatives

Demonstrated experience implementing learning initiatives in professional services firms.
