You'll be responsible for

Setting the L&L agenda

Set the Learning & Learning agenda for Senior Associates, aligning with firm strategy and practice group needs.

Co-designing learning solutions

Co-design high-impact learning solutions and content that meet the needs of Senior Associates.
🎀

Facilitating executive roundtables

Personally deliver executive roundtables and coaching to build facilitation capability within Partners and Managing Associates.
