You'll be responsible for

Monitoring construction progress

Working closely with the Foreman to ensure construction aligns with program, drawings, specifications, and health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.

Championing safety

Playing a primary role in promoting a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach, ensuring superior project delivery.

Driving team culture

Motivating and managing labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster high-performing teams focused on client objectives.
