You'll be responsible for

Delivering learning and development services
Providing end-to-end learning and development services, including program design, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.👩🏫
Facilitating face-to-face training
Conducting high-quality, face-to-face training sessions, including onboarding and core competency programs.🔍
Conducting learning needs analyses
Assessing training needs and capability gaps to inform targeted training interventions.Key criteria
📚
Tertiary qualification in relevant field
Degree in Behavioural or Human Services, Education, or TrainingView
🚗
Current Queensland driver's licence
Valid licence with reliable vehicle for travel across QueenslandView
👥
Experience in child, youth and family services
