About the job

You'll be responsible for

Delivering training

Delivering product implementation and support training through in-person sessions at key strategic partner and WorkForce Software corporate facilities.

Conducting virtual training

Conducting effective product implementation and support training sessions in a virtual classroom setting.

Evaluating participants

Evaluating course participants for certification eligibility and contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of training curricula.
