You'll be responsible for

Analyzing learning needs
Working closely with the Instructional Design Manager and project teams to identify and analyze learning needs for effective training solutions.📝
Developing training materials
Creating training plans, curricula, eLearning, videos, user guides, and assessments that align with best practices in instructional design.👩🏫
Supporting training delivery
Facilitating train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training as needed to ensure successful implementation of training solutions.What we're looking for

5+ years in instructional design
Demonstrated experience developing engaging digital learning content.View fit

Proficiency in digital authoring tools
Experience with tools like Articulate Rise and various LMSs.View fit
