You'll be responsible for

Developing training materials
Creating engaging and interactive training content using Articulate Rise 360 and other design tools.📊
Evaluating training effectiveness
Designing assessments and surveys to collect feedback and improve training programs continuously.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working closely with internal teams and external vendors to align training with company objectives.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design.View
🖥️
3+ years in instructional design
Demonstrated experience in e-learning development or corporate training.View
🎨
Proficiency in design tools
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.View
