You'll be responsible for

Coordinating onboarding

Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires across departments, ensuring timely delivery of mandatory learning modules and compliance training.

Managing learner groups

Managing and maintaining learner groups within Montu’s Learning Management System, including user enrollments and team assignments.

Providing administrative support

Scheduling and coordinating learning sessions, maintaining accurate records, and handling logistics for learning events.

Key criteria

📚

Experience in training coordination

Minimum 3 years in administrative support or training coordination.

Postgraduate clinical experience

4+ years of postgraduate clinical experience with APHRA registration.
