Creating fixed, CPI, and monthly lease event reports for Property Managers and ensuring timely delivery.

Overseeing inbox management and liaising with landlords to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.

Conducting reconciliations

Performing rental and outgoings reconciliations to identify and address discrepancies across the portfolio.
