Creating fixed, CPI, and monthly lease event reports for Property Managers and ensuring timely delivery.

Managing landlord communications

Overseeing inbox management and liaising with landlords to resolve queries and maintain relationships.

Conducting reconciliations

Performing rental and outgoings reconciliations to identify discrepancies across the portfolio.

Lease administration experience

2-4 years of experience in lease administration or property finance.
