You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice
Delivering solutions-based legal and policy advice, both written and oral, on issues relevant to government, ministers, and the department, both individually and as part of a team of solicitors.📂
Managing complex matters
Independently managing multiple complex and sensitive matters (both litigation and advisory) for various clients.🔍
Conducting legal research
Undertaking legal research and analysis on complex legal matters with outstanding statutory interpretation skills.Key criteria
