You'll be responsible for

Answering client enquiries
Answer all incoming client enquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate.📂
Managing client files
Manage the administration of all client files from open to close, ensuring everything is organized and up to date.🤝
Liaising with stakeholders
Liaise with Courts, barristers, defendant solicitors and doctors to facilitate case progress.Key criteria
📚
Legal assistant or paralegal experience
Experience in a similar role, ideally in personal injuries.View

Strong organisational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and client files.View

Excellent communication skills
Tactful verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.View
