You'll be responsible for

Managing diary and inbox
Overseeing diary management, including scheduling meetings and maintaining meticulous records of all case-related emails and materials.✈️
Coordinating travel arrangements
Coordinating travel arrangements in conjunction with the in-house travel team.📄
Preparing legal documents
Preparing and proofreading correspondence and documents, and assisting with electronic court filings and litigation support materials.Key criteria

Significant legal assistant experience
Demonstrated experience in a major law firm or in-house legal team.View

Understanding of court procedures
