You'll be responsible for

Answering client enquiries
Answer all incoming client enquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate.📂
Managing client files
Manage the administration of all client files from open to close, producing client correspondence and preparing court documents as requested.📅
Arranging appointments
Arrange and manage diaries, appointments, and meetings while actioning all incoming mail.What we're looking for

Legal assistant experience
Demonstrated experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, preferably in Work Injuries.View fit
