You'll be responsible for
💼
Advising key clients
Advise key clients on engagement of vendors and implementation of complex IT arrangements; and the impact of data protection and privacy laws on key IT initiatives within the Group.🔗
Supporting M&A transactions
Provide support in relation to the Group’s M&A transactions, partnerships and joint ventures, including support for data segregation and commercialisation, IP and transition arrangements.📚
Maintaining legal expertise
Maintain a detailed understanding of, and expertise in, the Group’s practices, procedures and policies, particularly those of Cyber Security, the Group Privacy Office and Group Procurement.Key criteria

4-7 years of legal experience
Demonstrated experience in legal practice, particularly in technology and data.View

Tertiary qualifications in law
Excellent academic background with a current unrestricted NSW practising certificate.View

Vendor negotiation experience
Proven experience negotiating vendor agreements in regulated environments.View
