You'll be responsible for

⚖️

Providing legal and compliance advisory

Delivering clear, practical legal and compliance advice to Plenti’s business units and responding to ad-hoc legal requests.

Advising on new products and features

Partnering with project and product teams to ensure legal and regulatory implications are addressed for new products, features, and services.
📝

Drafting and reviewing contracts

Creating and refining agreements with loan referral partners, funders, and service providers, while preparing contract templates for various borrowers.

Skills you'll need

📚

Legal expertise

Tertiary qualifications in Law and admission to practice in NSW or another Australian jurisdiction, with experience in financial services law.
🔍

Analytical skills

Proven capability in delivering technical legal and regulatory advice, with a strong interest in financial services.

Collaboration and negotiation

Highly collaborative with strong negotiation skills, able to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
