You'll be responsible for

Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting agreements

Engaging in the review, negotiation, and drafting of various agreements, including master subscription agreements and non-disclosure agreements, to support the ANZ sales and professional services teams.

Collaborating with internal teams

Working closely with sales, revenue recognition, and pricing teams to streamline contracting and order processing.
⚖️

Providing legal support for existing contracts

Offering legal and commercial support regarding existing contracts and assisting in resolving any disputes that may arise.

📜

Legal drafting skills

Proven experience drafting various legal agreements accurately.

LLB or postgraduate degree

Undergraduate LLB or postgraduate degree from a respected university.

1-3 years PQE

Demonstrated experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
