Salesforce is seeking a high-performing Corporate Counsel to join the ANZ Commercial Legal team. This job is all about delivering innovative and trusted legal services while fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment. You'll be responsible for

Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting agreements

Engaging in the review, negotiation, and drafting of various agreements, including master subscription agreements and non-disclosure agreements, to support the ANZ sales and professional services teams.
🤝

Collaborating with internal teams

Working closely with sales, revenue recognition, and pricing teams to streamline contracting and order processing.
⚖️

Providing legal support for existing contracts

Offering legal and commercial support regarding existing contracts and assisting in resolving any disputes that may arise.

Legal drafting skills

Proven experience drafting various legal agreements accurately.

LLB or postgraduate degree

Undergraduate LLB or postgraduate degree from a respected university.
