Supporting regulator engagements

Guiding the business on legislative, regulatory, and licensing requirements, including correspondence with ASIC and APRA.

Managing disputes and litigation

Overseeing regulator-initiated disputes and litigation, partnering with external counsel as necessary.

Key criteria

📜

Bachelor of Laws degree

Possession of a relevant degree and current practising certificate.
