Providing legal advice
Delivering clear legal advice on regulatory reporting and notification obligations impacting Rest.📬
Supporting regulator engagements
Guiding the business on legislative, regulatory, and licensing requirements, including correspondence with ASIC and APRA.⚔️
Managing disputes and litigation
Overseeing regulator-initiated disputes and litigation, partnering with external counsel as necessary.Key criteria

Bachelor of Laws degree
Possession of a relevant degree and current practising certificate.View

Experience in financial services
Demonstrated experience in a similar legal role within financial services.View
