You'll be responsible for

Performing functions as the Department's delegated decision maker
Making decisions on applications under the Right to Information Act, Information Privacy Act, and Freedom of Information Act.✅
Processing requests and ensuring compliance
Managing court ordered requests and other legislative requests for information served on the Director-General.💼
Providing legal advice and assistance
Offering guidance to department employees regarding RTI, IP, FOI Acts, and privacy compliance issues.What we're looking for
