LegalVision is on a mission to provide unlimited legal support to SMEs and in-house teams through an innovative fixed-fee membership model. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly organised, people-focused Legal Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team. This job offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the onboarding and training of new lawyers, ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.

You'll be responsible for

📅

Administering lawyer onboarding

Supporting the senior legal operations managers in delivering lawyer and graduate onboarding programmes across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
📚

Coordinating internal training

Coordinating the firm's internal training and CPD programmes, including calendar management, room set-up, catering, and attendance tracking.
🛠️

Providing general legal ops support

Monitoring the helpdesk for general administrative tasks, including administering our lawyer consultation roster using the firm's calendar scheduling software.
