You'll be responsible for

Administering lawyer onboarding

Supporting the senior legal operations managers in delivering lawyer and graduate onboarding programmes across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Coordinating internal training

Coordinating the firm's internal training and CPD programmes, including calendar management, room set-up, catering, and attendance tracking.
🛠️

Providing general legal ops support

Monitoring the helpdesk for general administrative tasks, including administering our lawyer consultation roster using the firm's calendar scheduling software.
