This position is all about delivering proactive legal secretarial support, ensuring smooth operations within the team. You'll be responsible for

📑

Managing legal documents

Prepare legal documents, court forms, and correspondence, ensuring quality and accuracy under lawyer supervision.
📞

Liaising with stakeholders

Communicate with courts, counsel, clients, and third parties, handling filing and e-filing duties in line with quality procedures.
🗓️

Overseeing administrative tasks

Manage mailbox, diary scheduling, travel arrangements, and client billing, including invoice and expense processing.

Legal secretary experience

Demonstrated experience as a legal secretary in a law firm.
