You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice
Support the claims team by providing legal advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy and guidelines affecting workers’ compensation claims to enable sound, evidence-based and legally accurate decision making.🤝
Collaborating with external legal providers
Work closely with the external legal panel providers to ensure a high level of legal advice and effective litigation strategy to drive optimum outcomes.🏛️
Attending legal proceedings
Attend legal proceedings as EML’s representation together with the external Legal Provider representative.What we're looking for
⚖️
1-3 years PQE in legal practice
Experience in managing Work Injury Damages and Statutory Workers Compensation matters.View fit

Legal advisory experience
Demonstrated ability to provide legal advice on workers’ compensation claims.View fit
