You'll be responsible for

Providing support

Delivering day-to-day support and sustainment of compute platforms including Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V.

Monitoring performance

Monitoring and maintaining the performance, health, and availability of compute clusters and host infrastructure.

Managing incidents

Responding to incidents, service requests, and environment-specific issues to ensure operational excellence.

Key criteria

💻

3+ years in virtualisation or systems administration

Experience supporting secure, high-availability environments.

Practical experience with VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V

Hands-on skills with at least two of these platforms.
