This job is about being a Lifestyle Assistant at Corowa Court home in Mornington, where you will empower residents to live their best lives and achieve their personal goals. You'll be responsible for

Assisting in inclusive lifestyle programs

Support residents by creating and implementing programs that cater to their diverse needs.
🤝

Guiding volunteers and care staff

Provide support and direction to volunteers and staff to enhance the care experience for residents.
🌟

Promoting positive attitudes towards ageing

Encourage a respectful and positive view of ageing in accordance with aged care standards.

Key criteria

🎓

Minimum qualification in aged care or related field

Possession of Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent.

Demonstrated background in lifestyle assistance or community support.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Current clearance or ability to obtain for working with clients.
