You'll be responsible for

Providing individualized support

Collaborating with clinical staff
Working alongside clinical teams to ensure the overall wellbeing needs of residents are met.Key criteria

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
Possession of relevant qualifications in aged care or lifestyle support.View
