The Lifestyle Officer (Spiritual & Pastoral Care) at PresCare Groundwater Lodge is a compassionate individual dedicated to delivering holistic spiritual, pastoral, and emotional support within a residential aged care community. This part-time job, offering 27.5 hours per fortnight, plays a vital role in enhancing the spiritual wellbeing of residents, their families, and staff. The team thrives on collaboration, creating meaningful experiences that reflect the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of everyone involved.

You'll be responsible for

🙏

Delivering personalised spiritual care

Providing spiritual and pastoral care in line with individual care plans to support residents' wellbeing.
🎉

Facilitating group activities

Coordinating and facilitating group spiritual and lifestyle activities that engage residents.

Offering bereavement support

Providing emotional support to residents, their families, and staff during times of loss.

Key criteria

Minimum one year in lifestyle or pastoral care

Experience supporting spiritual wellbeing in aged care settings.
