You'll be responsible for

Providing risk oversight
Provide Line 2 risk oversight and assurance for a regulator-mandated risk transformation program uplifting Mercer Super’s Risk Management Framework.📋
Reviewing governance artefacts
Review and maintain key program governance and assurance artefacts, conduct design and operating effectiveness reviews of frameworks, policies, controls, and GRC solution deployments.📈
Producing detailed reporting
Produce detailed reporting for Board and Management Committees, highlighting governance and assurance challenges and providing sound recommendations.Key criteria
🎓
University-level qualifications
Possession of business management or equivalent degreeView
🛡️
5–10 years in risk or compliance
Demonstrated Line 2 oversight expertise in relevant rolesView
⚖️
Experience in regulatory transformation
Background in large programs within financial services or superannuationView
