About the job

The Link and Launch Officer plays a vital role in connecting with young people who have completed Year 12 but have not yet transitioned to further study, training, or work. This position is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their options and secure pathways to education, training, or employment. At Nerang State High School, teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our approach, ensuring that every young person receives the support they need to thrive.

You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the Link and Launch program

Managing the ongoing delivery of the school-based Link and Launch program and engaging with relevant agencies and partners to maximize opportunities for Year 12 completers.
🌐

Establishing outreach programs

Creating outreach initiatives to connect with Year 12 completers who are not in study or employment and providing them with relevant information and opportunities.
🤝

Building partnerships

Working directly with education institutions, government, industry, and community groups to form productive partnerships that provide pathway choices for Year 12 completers.
