Deliver a seamless outstanding reception and facilities coordination experience to the client.

Managing meeting logistics

Book and manage meeting rooms as requested, order catering, room set ups and pack downs etc.

Ensuring visitor management

Ensure that the visitor/customer sign-in/out as per policy and procedures and issue Visitor Badges.

Facilities and property management experience

Demonstrated experience in facilities or property management environments.
