You'll be responsible for

Keeping people safe

Consistently wearing the designated Loss Prevention Associate uniform and providing proactive on-floor presence to deter potential theft and fraud.

Protection of assets

Using company tools and resources to deter or detect potential theft, fraud, and inventory shrink, while escalating identified risks to the line manager.

Operational shrink and loss reduction

Checking relevant information and processes, sharing information, and advising the line manager on any identified risks.

Demonstrated experience in loss prevention within retail environments.
