Engaging with court defendants
Connecting with individuals before the court who have a history of drug use to provide support and interventions.🔍
Providing assessment and case management
Delivering comprehensive assessments and case management to improve lifestyle and health outcomes for clients.🛠️
Delivering tailored interventions
Working with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications and registration
Possess relevant qualifications and registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.View
