You'll be responsible for

Coordinating maintenance requests

Coordinate maintenance requests across the Petstock network and ensure timely resolution.

Managing work orders

Manage work orders and liaise with contractors, service providers, landlords and key stakeholders.

Monitoring maintenance activities

Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
