Developing and implementing maintenance schedules for audits, hotel assets, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Leading and supervising the Engineering team

Overseeing the Engineering team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a collaborative environment.

Managing contractors and procurement

Coordinating with contractors for compliance checks and overseeing the procurement of materials and services in line with company policies.

Key criteria

🔧

Trade qualification in engineering

Possession of a trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.

2+ years supervising maintenance

Experience supervising maintenance in a large multi-storey complex.

Strong BMS and HVAC knowledge

Proven knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC systems.
