You'll be responsible for

Maintaining preventative maintenance

Maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program across all areas of the property.

Building relationships

Build strong relationships with internal teams, guests, and Body Corporate.

Conducting inspections

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe, presentable, and fully operational.

Proven experience in lighting, plumbing, and painting tasks.
