Planning, documenting, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating a preventative and corrective maintenance program for buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Maintaining accurate records

Keeping detailed records of all corrective and preventative maintenance conducted.

Contributing to refurbishment planning

Participating in refurbishment, equipment replacement, and capital works planning.
